I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was pretty convenient, especially for getting to LAX quickly, but it felt a bit sketchy when I arrived at night. The staff was generally friendly, but I encountered some issues during check-in that left me frustrated. The room was clean and met my expectations with a nice view, although the lack of adequate toiletries for four people was disappointing.

The room was clean and exactly what I requested, with an upper floor view, which was nice. However, one of the lights didn't work, and there were not enough toiletries for four people; two of each just wasn't sufficient.

The service was mostly excellent, with friendly staff and a great breakfast option available. However, checking in was delayed, and one staff member seemed unprofessional during a busy time.
